The rotary Fillers is made of stainless steel aisi 304 equipped with four swivel wheels with brake. The machine is designed for filling cones and cups and other formats, it is made up of 1/2 rows with a rotating plate at 10/12 stations. The stations move mechanically by means of individually adjustable cams, while the movement of the rotary plate takes place by means of a geared motor placed on a central shaft at variable speed with an inverter; the production capacity of the stations can be modified by mechanical cams. The rotary filler is also equipped with an electronic touchscreen operator panel that is easy to use and allows production to be adjusted in all its parts. Watch the video here
