Evaporative towers are included in the mixture treatment plants.
They provide freezing water above 2 ° C to the curing vats for storage of the mixture and water above 4 ° C to the freezer plate heat exchanger in order to cool the ice cream mixture immediately.
The evaporative towers are ideal for saving water as they are not connected to the tap, therefore to ensure the operation of the plant is used the water contained in the tower in recirculation with a minimum percentage of evaporation.
Our systems are made with EEC regulations, PED, certificates of origin, testing, food suitability. Warranty certificate for each product of 12 months from delivery.
